The mobile HRMS app allows employees to manage their data in a self service manner from anywhere when working remotely, and employers are also able to track the location of their workforce in real time using geolocation and the check-in, check-out functionality.
With InnBuilt HRMS employers are able to manage their team’s leave, track attendance, and gain access to a centralized employee database containing information on entitlements, planned leave, location, contact details, and more. The cloud-based platform can be utilized on desktops or mobile devices so that teams can maintain connection even when working across different locations. Features include leave requests, approval workflows, GPS-based check-in and check-out, an employee directory, document storage, expiry tracking, and more.
