ins2outs is an all-in-one platform that simplifies compliance management by combining software, pre-built know-how sets, and consultancy. It centralizes document control, compliance oversight, and ISO system maintenance, enabling organizations to achieve compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR/IVDR, etc.) while reducing risk and improving efficiency.
The platform offers a flexible management system that allows users to define and operate any management system. This includes creating and updating policies, processes, procedures, instructions, and document templates. Organizations can use ins2outs to manage multiple management systems on the same platform, such as for regulatory compliance, information security, privacy, quality, environment, or AI.
To minimize the effort needed to operate the management system, ins2outs provides automated execution features. This includes role-based training, push notifications for users, user compliance KPI tracking, configurable documentation workflow logic, automatic notifications on tasks and reviews. The platform also offers ready-to-use know-how sets for standards such as ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ISO 27001, IEC 62304, and ISO 27701, allowing organizations to set up management systems.
