Jog.ai is a cloud-based call recording platform that automatically records & transcribes calls and indexes the voice data for later access. Jog.ai automatically transcribes every word spoken in calls and matches it to the audio for an accurate record of what was said. Drop flags in real-time to mark key moments from a conversation so they can be easily found after the call occurs. Jog.ai works for outbound dialing and and conference calls on any device.

Key benefits of using Jog.ai

Users can make calls with simple outbound dialing and conference call hosting by typing the number into the Jog.ai homepage. Conference calls can be scheduled for a later date with call requests.

The system automatically records all call conversations and creates transcripts of the entire conversation. All transcripts are archived for retrieval at a later date.

Flags can be dropped in real time at key moments in the conversation to highlight interesting statements or important information, so that they can be found easily when looking back at the transcript after the call is over.

View stats on previous calls including the overall number of calls, average duration of calls, and the percentage of time the agent speaks during calls compared with the other participants, & more

Analytics are generated for each call and logged conversations can be shared with one click alongside their stats.
