What is perbit?
Perbit is a comprehensive human resource management software package. It consists of a series of modules that can be combined as required. The data model and processes can be adapted and customized to suit the requirements of different companies. The program can be hosted via the cloud or installed on-premises. HR managers can also carry out tasks on a PC platform with the help of an app.
HR staff and managers can set up role-based access to data. Every user can select the data which is to be queried. Applications are collated by letter, email, and online forms during recruitment. Using AI, the software can guide users through all the recruitment steps and support applicant selection. Routine letters such as rejections and invitations can be automatically output via Word. Job offers are displayed on the user's website via an additional module.
Perbit supports the planning and management of the staffing plan, personnel costs, training and seminars. It gives HR departments an overview of the company's employment activities. There are self-service portals for managers and staff, who can, for example, make changes to master data, report absences, and call up payslip information.
