What is RemoteComply?

RemoteComply is a cloud-based incident management software that helps businesses assess, report, and resolve incidents. The RemoteNotify module allows users to send and receive emergency notifications via email, SMS, and pre-recorded audio messages.

RemoteComply allows businesses to establish priority-based procedures for reported incidents such as branch robberies, malware attacks, denial-of-services, and more. It helps users identify, monitor, and record incident details with dates, time, targeted areas, and notifications. With the RemotePlan functionality, supervisors can create, update, and distribute business continuity plans (BCP) to all stakeholders from a centralized platform. It also lets users create and maintain message templates for alert notifications, in order to facilitate quick communications during emergencies.

RemoteComply comes with a built-in document repository, which lets users store all confidential documents. Administrators can configure role-based access controls, allowing businesses to assign specific responsibilities to users. Managers can also generate reports to gain insight into risk assessments, vendor performance, notification history, and more.
