What is Scan and Capture?
Scan & Capture is a native cloud-based Purchase-to-Pay Automation software (P2P) for NetSuite.
Clients have the choice of a range of different tools such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Vendor Bills & Credit PDF exporting options, as well as inbound and outbound E-voices (managed by XML imports).
The software is trained to recognize factors such as transaction date, vendor layout, PO reference, reducing processing time by an average of 83% and eliminating manual errors.
