What is SmartRank?
SmartRank is a next generation applicant screening & tracking software company that automates the job applicant screening process, stack-ranks & filters those job applicants, while providing hiring managers with the candidates that match their exact qualifications. SmartRank does all of this screening without the need or use of a résumé.
Because the résumé is not the primary input for screening, SmartRank is able to remove any demographic indicators (e.g., name, college attended, years of graduation, etc.) that typically create unconscious bias, which limits diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
This innovative model for screening provides recruiters more time because of better automation tools, enables hiring managers to hire the best candidates faster, and creates a uniquely better & unbiased experience for applicants.
