Spruce is a cloud-based telemedicine platform designed to help healthcare professionals and clinics communicate with patients via text, video or audio communication. Key features include workflow automation, secure file sharing, rotation scheduling, call forwarding, electronic payments, analytics, and reporting.

The HIPAA-compliant solution, comes with a centralized inbox, which enables professionals to connect with both colleagues & patients, receive voicemails, manage patient requests, and send custom responses. Physicians can send invitation links to patients and track the user’s account setup processes by verifying information based on demographic data. Clinics can utilize an alternate business phone number for receiving patient's calls, texts, and voicemails, as well as send/receive electronic faxes on the unified platform. Physicians can collaborate with teams, share notes, and send customizable alerts.

Spruce allows practitioners to create and send clinical questionnaires to patients for intake, virtual care, and follow-ups. The platform also helps professionals to improve patient engagement and streamline communication using saved, scheduled and bulk messaging capabilities.
