It was easier to reach more customers with the Vonage integration suite using the click to dial feature and texting that was done through my Moving Software.

I like the voicemail features and capabilities to login and use on any device!

The admin portal could be managed better and the categories on the website are a bit confusing to navigate so maybe that could be reordered and renamed to make it easier to reach the desired page.

It can connect up to three phones to a single extension and that is the best feature as we don't have to call individually.

More contacts =more sales=more money with commission only based jobs.

I never had any issue with the service and it worked and was reliable it was just a little more for the options they offered.
