XT-ERP overview
What is XT-ERP?
XT-ERP is an enterprise resource planning and CMMS (computer maintenance management system) tool comprising the following modules: sales & purchasing, contract management, CRM (Customer Relation Management), client portal, stock management, help desk, production monitoring, geolocation, and reporting and BI (business intelligence). Users can select only the modules they want to work with.
XT-ERP is accessible from any device and location. It is designed to integrate new laws and procedures including GDPR, anti-fraud law, and more, and can be utilized by multi-location companies. The solution is multi-currency and available in French, English, Arabic and Italian. The commercial module allows users to manage deliveries, suppliers and documents. The contract module helps with subscriptions and maintenance.
The XT-ERP interface can be customized to match company branded. The drag-and-drop reporting tool uses BI to give users predictive insights and highlight possible bottlenecks surrounding sales, prospects, or help desk metrics and data.
