Good for email campaigns!

Pros

The tool is easy to use and simple. You can create email campaigns, track open and reply rates, and schedule when an email should be sent. This is a great way to track follow ups with your clients.

Cons

I've used Outreach, Tout, they're pretty much all the same tool.

Pros

Yesware is still one of the best apps out there for cold-email outreach. Their extensive tools allows my team to customise any email campaign to a complex degree.

Cons

Unless you actively prospect through cold email and can fully utilise all its features, Yesware is rather expensive and you might find other simpler prospecting platforms out there to send your outreach campaigns.

Yesware does the job

We ended up buying Outreach to add calling capabilities, but Yesware took care of our basic needs -- sending scalable campaigns.

Pros

I learned how to use this software in under 1 day. It's straightforward and simple.

Cons

If you're looking for bells & whistles, yesware is not for you. Lack of calling features and reporting features are the two main downsides.

I used the free version of Yesware when my Hubspot sidekick was no longer working

Email tracking free for a whole month. The fastest and most accurate tracking there is. I was going to sign up for Yesware but the pricing was just too high. There are a ton of features like location and exact timing of the emails opened that were superior to others I've used.

Pros

Yesware was very accurate and even faster than Hubspot sidekick. The free trial version was great to use. It gave a ton of detail into where and when emails had been opened.

Cons

The outreach following the trial use was unbearable.

Great tool to enhance marketing through mail.

Pros

It's an efficient tool to develop mail marketing and outreach clients that are mostly favorable for your product or are responsive to your mails. it can notify you about the opening of mails from the side of a client.

Cons

It has disadvantage of not to setup proper time schedule to follow up proper mails to several specially engaged clients. Somehow, it also seems to be buggy and adding a new template will alter subject lines eventually.

Making Campaigns Easy

I love it so far. Have only been using for about 6 months but so far so good! Learning how to use it more efficiently day in and day out.

Pros

It allows me to have multiple people within 1 canvas email to where I can not only track the success of the outreach but create multiple touches to keep traction going.

Cons

I have had a couple of issues uploading CSV files into the system but other then that have not had any issues at all!

Best bang for your buck

There are a few other softwares like outreach and salesloft but they are considerably more expensive.

Cons

It does lack features for salespeople who are looking to build lists of prospects and a few other features but you know that going in to it.

Good option if you are sending campaigns from Outlook

Pros

I Love that its really easy to set up and has all of the basic functionality to build a sequence of outreach emails.

Cons

Implementation of new features seems rather slow compared to similar products and the analytics section is rather minimal. I'm also really suprised they don't offer webhooks or zapier access.

Outreach is great, best cadence software I've used so far (compared to Sendbloom and Yesware)

Overall experience is super positive. I'm happy with the productivity it's given my team, plus an added bonus from a managerial perspective is the ease of pulling data and call recordings.

Pros

The constant addition of new features and efficiency workflows is impressive. They're constantly improving the product to reduce wasted motion and effort. For example, they now allow you to update prospects' phone numbers based on email signatures in their responses -- automatically.

Cons

Not any more bugs than other cadence softwares I've used (Sendbloom and Yesware), but still frustrating when I depend on it to engage with my prospects.
