I have been using YesWare for over a year and it has proven absolutely essential for my lead nurturing. The ability to gauge email opens and clicks is amazingly helpful. I highly recommend YesWare to anyone in sales.

Most critical review

 Tried again 4 years later... still is awful and the customer service is worse...

Tried Yesware in 2013.. now again in 2017.. it flat out doesn't work, is a poor value for the money, and the customer service is awful. There are much much much better alternatives... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON YESWARE!

Great Piece of Software

This is one of the most important pieces of software we use! Great UI/UX. The company has been doing it for a while and they know exactly what customers are looking for. Definitely, something I recommend. The only problem I had with them is that they didn't allow us to do a month to month subscription and made no exceptions. They are also a little pricey for the features we require but worth every penny.

Sales automation done right

Yesware is Sales automation done right. Actually not just sales automation but pretty much all email communication. Easy to use. One suggestion - there has to be a way to take the creepy factor out of the sales equation - i.e. when the viewer opened the email / how much time they spent etc. etc.

Customize your emails in mass

Our sales team was left with no choice when Marketing said to not leverage marketing platforms to send mass emails to prospects. We turned to Yesware to be able to tracks opens, views, attachments, etc. All of these things help us know who to further target and who to let go, increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

I use Yesware on a daily basis. I do like their mail merge system a lot. I think their tracking system is lacking accuracy.

Easy and convenient
