Pros

Great experience obtaining good benefits, we keep an accurate follow-up of each budget or perspective, the best webinar to make presentations and product promotions, and communicate with the team.
Very easy to implement and customize, if you have other Zoho app you could have a very practical integration between all data. Voice quality is good, interface is nice.
Ltd is my first official start up business and to be associated with Zoho for regular emails, campaigns and even meetings has been very easy. It is very easy to use and customer support is superb.

Pros

Easy to Use connecting and scheduling meeting is easy integration with most of application is awesome like chrome, slack.
Extremely reliable, excellent collaboration tools and amazing optimisation. Never experienced any issues in long calls or classes.
I really recommend it and I think it is an excellent opportunity to invest, because if we continue with virtuality it will be very useful.

Cons

Form registration customization is not so flexible and lack of a complete integration with outlook (no calendar automatically sended for registration on outlook).
Recordings once shared are downloadable. No option to restrict the download).
The inability to edit the design of the event registration page.

Cons

The customer service is undoubtedly appalling. For months and months we’ve been trying to fix the same problems - which are many - and keep coming up frustrated.
So people have to leave your landing page to register to your webinar and this is a real problem. We've lost like... 20% of people on the really ugly zoom registration page.
Constant connection issues with no specificity on who or what is having the problem. Lag issues when some members of meeting are on computer and others are using mobile app.

I'm so pleased with Zoho meeting as an alternative to Zoom. I'm happy to move all my business over to Zoho meeting.

Pros

I'm used to doing webinars on Zoom and this software was just as easy. The price is so much better. I'm definitely switching over to Zoho. I had a question and customer service was quick to respond and help me.

Cons

It took me a minute to figure out how it worked, but not bad.

Zoho Meeting provides a solid videoconferencing solution for meetings and webinars for businesses. We use it to conduct weekly department meetings and host our monthly webinar series. The tech is usually reliable, but it lacks some of the functionality we like in Zoom.

Pros

The webinar functionality is included (unlike Zoom) and you can have a ton of people in a meeting at once.

Cons

Their server stability isn't as great as Zoom and webinar recordings only show the screen being shared, not the presenters.

We have had great success using Zoho Meeting for the small team or one-on-one client meetings. Although it is included in Zoho One at no extra cost, the individual price is great for small teams who want to host a simple meeting or webinar without bells and whistles.

Pros

We use the Zoho suite of products (Zoho One) for all of our clients. Zoho Meeting is included in Zoho One. We like Zoho Meeting because it integrates with Zoho CRM, making it easy to invite our Leads and Contacts to meetings and stores the invitation in Zoho CRM, which makes it very convenient.

Cons

Zoho Meeting works well for simple meetings and webinars but does not have enough robust features for major webinars and meetings. It lacks the ability to send private chats, break out in groups or have a waiting room. These are just a few of the missing features.

I am eveluating Zoho meeting for the usage of Webinars. We currently use GoTo webinar for webinars and we find the UI/UX of Zoho Webinars are way more user friendly compared to others. I would love explore more about the product to implement it in our organisation

Cons

I have not explored it completely to talk about the cons, but I believe in Zoho, we have to pay additional for the cloud storage for videos, and it is not a gated environment. In Goto Webinar, we are able to host the videos on cloud unlimited. At the same time, the videos are gated so that we can send them to specific people, and every time they share the link, new viewers must also enter their email to view the recording.

Very simple to use and connect to a meeting. Giving presentations and sharing screens is as easy as just two clicks.

Cons

I used many tools before for my online classes. And I like Zoom the most.

Pros

I use Zoom for my online class. I meet my students on Zoom meeting room. It provides all the tools for an online class, i.e., voice, webcam, chat box, screen sharing, whiteboard, and even the "Raise Hand" feature. It can handle many users at the same time. I easily deliver the lectures with Zoom.

Cons

The main concern is about the privacy. Anyone with the Zoom meeting room link can join the meeting. Therefore, I need to put a password for the meeting.

Cons

Sometimes video and audio slow down, but it is probably depends on the internet signal. You need to turn on video and audio separately.
