I like the evolution of the platform - always improving the interface and features. Quality is dependable and the team is great to work with.
We had so many problems with a/v cutting out, the live stream disconnecting. It turned into it being very unreliable and we had several cases where we lost the stream in a live event.
I love how the team is so supportive and helps with any needs in setting up. The ease of doing an event to reach out to many dealers / employees at one time all across the country.
It was hard to hear the presenters on a few occasions. There were a few disruptions to the program.
Our event went off without any hiccups, and it looked fantastic. The quality of the graphics combined with our own recorded video created an engaging and user-friendly environment for our audience.
This was disappointing because we were told this information after we had already rolled it out to the organization.
The customized landing page was great, really liked the ability to register and the questions section.
The product seems to be hit or miss sometimes with its connectivity to the hardware. Also seems to change often which can make it difficult to prepare for.
Supports high number of attendees, supports multiple languages, good registration features.
The support we received from our CSM was outstanding. The entire team was patient, knowledgeable and service oriented.

They both are great and have certain advantages that the other doesn't. AnyMeeting however is definitely user friendly and doesn't require a tutorial.
Having to keep unmuting when you think you are already unmuted is annoying.
Good price for great functionality. Easy to allow my clients to take over the presentation.
The only thing I dislike with AnyMeeting is if you use your phone audio for a presentation. It automatically mutes you when you go to the next slide or when another presenter starts speaking.
The video quality and sound quality are both pretty solid. Sends transcript to keep for your records.
There will be some rando word that doesn't make any sense and I'll have to try and remember what was said.
It allows you to share your slides so you don't have to do a screen share. Also, the recording and storage space is amazing.
Sometimes the default times are odd. If I'm setting up a conference call, it defaults to tomorrow rather than today, etc.
My experience with AnyMeeting has been wonderful. I will definitely continue to use it for my existing class and future classes.
Portal is intuitive and clean. Easy to upload Powerpoint slideshows and navigate through the slides during the meeting.

Lost initial registration and account information.
I like that Zoho Webinar is highly customisable and easy to use. The video quality is great and its a stable webinar.
There was lag in both audio and video in organizer and attendee screen which caused some issues in conducting the webinar.
I really like how easy it is to use. And I love the automated emails (both reminders and the the follow up emails).
There are no quick links to get into a webinar after registration, besides the one sent via email upon registration confirmation.
This platform has been a wonderful one to have helped me do what i truly wished to do, I am not a tech savy, but still it was very simple and easy for me to use.
It's hard to verify the domain and update email address if you need to change the admins on the account.
Overall experience is very great and I hope to continue to use it in future.

Webinato's staff from account set up to the few times we needed tech support we AMAZING. Knowledgeable, professional, and really dedicated to making sure our event went off perfectly.
Its mobile app is difficult to use for us and it does not deliver the entire functionality of Webinato.

Webinato is the best software for hosting large-audience webinars or presentations as well as the best option for video and web conferencing.
Although it is simple for me to use, it is really difficult for me to educate them on how to use it.
We can set the room how we want - our brand, our own pages when we close the room, our own welcome messages - and the process to set it up is very intuitive and easy to follow.
We have had some challenges with the mobile app, and the Webinato team has been very helpful and willing to work with our clients as well as us to make the mobile app experience a better one for all.
The platform was very easy to learn how to navigate, and the customer service has been great. To date we've hosted 4 webinars, all of which ran smoothly.

My clients - universally - love it. It does require more planning than a typical meeting but the investment is handsomely rewarded by vastly more productive and effective meetings.
Once you've tried it you'll get very frustrated when taking part in old fashion meetings. So, if you try it you should go all the way and never look back again.
MeetingSphere is very friendly and capable -- and incredibly affordable.
There are so many people in public sector who sees the benefits of this tool but they hesitate since the system texts are in either English or German.
Extremely affordable and supports all types of meeting facilitation such as same-time/same-place, same-time/different-place and asynchronous.
If you want to save money on having the team travel frequently and if you want to move projects along faster, this is for you.
