What is CapturePoint?
CapturePoint 6 is intelligent document capture software for Windows. It turns scanned business paperwork and imported PDFs or images into separated, classified documents with searchable text, extracted fields and line items.
Start with a TWAIN scanner or existing files. CapturePoint identifies document types and extracts data without requiring you to build templates. Operators review uncertain values alongside the original page, and their confirmations and corrections become learning evidence for future processing. It supports invoices and accounts payable paperwork as well as purchase orders, HR records, insurance documents and other business forms.
Export searchable PDFs and data files into automatically named folders. Connect finished documents to SharePoint and OneDrive in Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Dropbox or Content Central. Core document processing runs locally on the Windows PC.
