What is DeskDirector?

DeskDirector Portal is an ITSM software designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) automate tasks and streamline communication processes to manage customer service. Administrators can configure custom approval workflows and manage incoming client requests.

The white-labeled platform enables managers to design custom forms and automatically route tickets to relevant technicians. Employees can gain actionable insights into customer experience, portal usage, and service analytics. DeskDirector Portal allows teams to share training library and learning resources with customers on a unified interface. Supervisors can also communicate with clients via live chat and broadcast messages to share updates and urgent information.

DeskDirector Portal lets stakeholders categorize tickets based on teams, projects, and regions and secure content in compliance with general data protection regulation (GDPR) protocols. Operators can also embed documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), instructions, and other relevant files within tickets using a centralized dashboard.
