The platform can function through firewalls, NATs, and proxies to access remote desktops. Supervisors can download session statistics to calculate team work hours by generating reports and manage computers and clients according to the organizational requirements.
DeskRoll lets team members add unlimited clients and remote computers to their accounts without additional charges. It uses 256-bit data encryption across secured SSL data channels to ensure safe remote desktop streaming.
