User-friendly, easy to use and custom according to your need, very easy to upload files in the hierarchy you wish to have, easy to add users, grant them permissions and view reports about their activities.

For specific report types, I sometimes needed their customer support services since I did not understand how to generate them, but they responded quickly so eventually I managed to solve the issue.

iDeals has simplified and streamlined our projects. The most updated versions of all deal ready/customer ready materials is held in these data rooms, making it easy to access all the time.

I do not like that a "stripped down" version of some of uploaded materials is shown when I preview documents.

iDeals is easy to use and it has all the features you need.

The interface looks old and it definitely doesn't have the best design, but... who cares?

The user interface is really good: the fact that it's available in French is also one of the reasons why we have decided to go with iDeals. The customer support is really helpful and assisté me with some little issues that I had had.

The pre-established data room index was a bit confusing sometimes and did not always fit quite well so I had to ask for assistance. And that is another thing that can be improved possibility to make changes to data room index without relying on customer support.

I find this an extremely useful tool for sharing resources with our team. It’s also very easy to access and keep materials organized.

I wish the preview of files was an accurate representation of what the file looks like rather than a stripped down preview. It causes some confusion, especially for new users.

iDeals provide the best quality of virtual data room services in Europe and some great features that I haven't been able to find in any other similar products yet.

iDeals is slightly more expensive than I would expect but, I guess, this is that kind of situation where you have to be ready to pay a little bit more in order to get high quality product.

One of the key aspects I liked most about iDeals Virtual Data Room is its ease of use. The platform is user-friendly, allowing for seamless navigation and quick access to documents.

I have not had any reason whatsoever to dislike anything about the platform. The only thing i could say i would like to see improvement in is the pricing structure which could be more flexible for smaller projects and companies with limited budgets.

There is still features issue, but you can handle it with support or update your subscription plan.

The Data Room worked exactly as expected

The Server Software Client required regular checking, but worked well.

Ease of use. The look and profile is very easy to navigate through. Facile uploading of documents. numbering of files (document organization).

The setting up of the data room on iDeals' platform is easy and versatile. We had a need for different data rooms and for differing access to those rooms and it was easy to control. Creating access for third-parties was easy on both ends. Sometimes no complaints are the best compliments, and we were pleased with the implementation and on-going use of the data rooms without any problems.

One area that I personally found a little challenging was moving documents from one folder to another. To me it wasn't always intuitive, so I created my own, clunky, way to get documents from one place to another.

Setup and handling of the data room is easy

No ideas for improvements so far - everything looks good already

The interface is not cluttered, easy to navigate, and I really like the option for upload where I can grab a folder or bunch of filed from my windows explorer and just drag and drop into the file selection box and it's done. I also find the upload speed to be very satisfactory - I'm uploading very large files (sometimes 20-30 files with size between 20-60 MB) and they just go really fast!

I have not really had any unpleasant experience with iDeal - all has been smooth for me.

I like the level of control in relation to managing permissions to be very important and efficient with Firmex Virtual Data Room.

I don't have a whole lot of negative feedback. Firmex Virtual Data Room offers each of the services needed to host a safe and efficient Virtual Data Room.

Firmex delivers the same functionality as software solutions that are 10x the price.

Its not as intuitive as some of the other user interfaces i"ve seen - but it gets the job done.

the ease of use and how simple the layout and operation is but the control it gives you.

sometimes it slowed down in certain datarooms but this could have been because there was thousands.

Easy of use as many of our invited users have never used a virtual data room before.

The Q&A module is perhaps not as advanced as other solutions on the market.

The application is easy to use and gain familiarity with. It provides all necessary functionality that a virtual data room should.

Can lag at times with document upload or navigation.

Thanks for the feedback. In terms of lagging, it is a web based application which can be impacted by internet speed/performance. Our document uploader can handle up to 50 GB at a time which is the most within the industry.

The standout feature of the Firmex Virtual Data Room that I appreciated the most was its user-friendly interface, making navigation and document management incredibly intuitive.

Folder separation and ways to set up subidiary information within the parent company's data room

Limited ability to add custom metadata that would allow us to easily correlate documents in our external content management system that we also replicate out to our virtual data room.
