OpCon lets coordinators streamline work for multiple teams, plan upcoming tasks via a calendar, as well as receive notifications for pending/postponed jobs. The platform's dashboard offers managers a consolidated view of ongoing business processes and allows users to monitor service level agreements. OpCon helps users manage exceptions by sending notifications to supervisors, enabling escalations when the request-response time gets exceeded.
OpCon integrates with multiple third-party platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamix AX, Infor M3, Sage, Cegid, Temenos, Corelation, Symitar, Fiserv, FICS, Oracle, Docker, and more.
