The software itself is very powerful and allows you to automate a lot of things, that you didn't even think, could be automated. It can even perform jobs based on the emails, received into the monitored inbox. In addition to that, the software support team is very friendly and knowledgable. They helped me a lot with a number of problems / errors via remote sessions.
It seems that this product has no limits. I have only used it for several months, and was able to automate a great number of manual processes. Easy to use, once you get a concept of schedule / job relationship. I am a big fan of automation. OpCon so far has been the best application that I've worked with
Not for everyone. You have to have scripting knowledge and sometimes get creative, think outside of the box, to get the job done. But if you possess those skills, you'd be amazed what this software can do for you.

From last 10 years i am using Opcon , Its Easy to implement, navigate , self explanatory and user friendly.

We are automating our process for the printing so that we don't have to manually run the process for the output. OpCon did that work on it's own. We only have to setup the automation process as per our requirements.
With the multiple options available to automate the process and it's capability to connect with the database or the directory to get the files so that to automatically run the process to get the output.
It's very complicated and only the professionals or the experience user can use it with ease. Only the experienced one can automate the process and can evaluate the .project in a perfect way.

Opcon changed the way we do business. Any new platforms are evaluated for automation with Opcon before even being considered for purchase.
Only current con is SMA's new license model our yearly cost for maintenance is more than doubling.
