What is Presynct_OnDemand?

Presynct_OnDemand replaces manual data entry systems traditionally used by field employees to report incidents. Applicable to a range of industries including security services, police departments and hotels, the solution allows users to write incident reports online - not on paper forms. Working on a smartphone/ tablet reduces the margin of error and eliminates illegible forms. Users can take pictures & videos in the field and attach them to their incident report. All attachments to the incident reports are stored in the cloud with the report. The NoteM8 mobile app lets users share information among peers, supervisors and others and then export reports to the server.

Presynct_OnDemand includes a reports in-progress feature that employees use to check the status of reports and see whether they've been approved/declined or sent back for editing. The reports in-progress page also prompts users with further action if required. Users can add documents from other agencies to existing reports. A daily log feature enables users to record all of their activities, including those for which reports are not generated.

Users can create their own department-specific forms using Presynct's form designer which allows for the complete customization of fields. Presynct Technologies' major customers include public administration, hotel security, retail mail, and law enforcement agencies.

The program is awesome and performs as advertised. There are a few things I need to change and need to contact support to get it done, but otherwise, it is going great.

Pros
This software is easy to use and had many features that are customizable. Training other officers to use it took less than thirty minutes. The customer service is above and beyond expectation. It is timely, professional and on point.

Cons
One you learn how to navigate the forms and call customer service for ANY question you may have, there are no cons about it.

This product has exceeded my expectations. As a prior law enforcement officer, I had familiarity with several incident reporting products. Presynct is superior to other products because of their willingness to offer a customizable solution to meet your organizational needs. In addition to their exemplary customer service directed by Tim Pakes, the Forms Designer has enabled us to create and customize forms, eliminating our dependence upon paper and physical storage space.

We have been using the SAAS for roughly 7 years now. The reports are easy to use and provide easy access to field units. I wish there were a little more reporting features to review past incidents, but overall the system is adequate for what we need.

Presynct was exactly what our organization was looking for.
