A great decision to move over from our old supplier. Would recommend to everyone.
Easy to use interface and a great team backing the solution up. We have now connected to 4 organisations with no issues whatsoever.
Software is a bit clumsy with an old looking interface. Saying that, it does everything we need it to and a lot better than our old supplier.

It works, and does the rudementary job it is required to do.
The setup procedure and in particular the insistence on emailing issues rather than actually having someone on the phone.

This software help me to find my desired product for my business. I can manage my organizational data very smoothly now. I am facing no problem with this. All the data are saved accurately.
These software is very helpful . Easily find what i need at best price. I was searching for a website that as a database administrator i need to manage the different data of the organization. That time for me it was very tough. But then I came to know about capterra and this software help me to find my desitred software to manage the organizational data. It's great . And still i am using this software.

Setting up new customers has been simple with great support. It takes the headache out of a big part of the set up with the big retailers for a small company like us. The software is easy to use and simple to edit information.
Multiple customers can add up in cost for a small company and might point to in house software one off costs rather than the web based versions.

Ease of connection with EDI partners.
Great implementation from the team at WebEDI. Simple and straighforward for the receipt and submission of purchase orders.
Pretty basic feature set and lacks the ability to control notifications -- We have to go through the support team to update who receives the notifications of new orders.
