EDI/HQ seamlessly integrates with multiple backend systems including ERP, warehouse management, accounting and other business platforms. Users can map data in real time, as well as process a variety of file formats including EDI and XML. Organizations can monitor both sides of the data at once with the “view EDI data’ window. Notifications inform users of errors and events for immediate action. The solution keeps a complete log of transactions for each trading partner for review.

EDI/HQ’s error handling features stop errors before they are transmitted or mapped, and duplicate checking verifies the ISA control number of every transaction. If a user receives a transaction that refers to unknown parameters, an alert will be sent. The solution enables organizations to automate operations and specify schedules, file- and database-based events.
