The initial setup and understanding of the operational elements were a bit confusing.

One of the biggest items that is almost always missing is documentation from the IT departments.
The countless hours saved for administrators to generate documentation that far exceeds the quality that could be done manually. Install is very easy and easy to learn.
Outstanding well thought out product, easy to use but very powerful.
This allows us to create quality documentations that our customers are impress with.
This fitted well adding the ability to schedule and run weekly and able to compare multiple build documents to see changes. It is easy to deploy and use and the support has been excellent.
Responses to my queries were timely and helpful resolving my issue in a single call.
There really wasn't much more to do after it was initially setup except review our docs periodically. I was quite impressed with the diversity of the unique agents.

No being able to monitor legacy intermec scanners. This is due to intermec produce not allowing.
It has been a great product, and they have been a great organization to work with.
Say you forgot to do a scan. You can login on your phone and fire off that scan.
Virima is a very comprehensive ITAM/ITSM tools for organizations that follow the ITIL methodology. It is a feature rich offering with very responsive support.
Frankly, buying Virima felt risky. Their presence is not huge.
Reporting is another critical deliverable for my clients and Virima delivers there too. The dashboards, KPI‘s, and reporting capability is very mature and appreciated by all of my clients.
The reports we are seeing and the information we are able to glean will make the product pay for itself.
Virima's intuitive UI and the business service maps are outstanding.

Amazing support, a dedicated community and a team willing to work with you on anything you need.
Console can be confusing to navigate, lots of work still to do with making it more intuitive. CEO was very pushy while we where trialing it.
If there aren’t, support has been very helpful. We also did ACE certification which helps keep up credentials for the Apple Consultant’s network.
I've emailed on questions we went' over during the course and received no response.
The solution truly is the best of both worlds for my Mac endpoints.
Limited to Apple products. Also, keyboard shortcuts affect your Mac, not those who you are working on...such as Quit Application.
We’ve taken the course twice - certifications expire after 2 years - and have enjoyed the progress Addigy has made in their product each time.
Some systems seem to be redundant, such as updates and software deployment, but overall nothing seems to be lost anywhere.
Addigy's MDM is lightning-fast and works seamlessly with all the macOS and iOS products i've encountered. The policies were recently revamped to make them even easier to manage (thanks!).
Easy to use and access remotely. Patch management and policy implementation is great too.
We needed an MDM solution because of COVID and the lockdown. Looking at various products none of them came with the ease of use that Addigy has.
Addigy has a few updates planned that will allow us to more easily manage our client's Macs. Addigy has also streamlined their interface which helps.
Able to view all assets under a single pane of glass type environment. Reports are easily and quickly compiled.
Truly a large service with a small community feel that will make you believe that your voice and what you need matters.

It's a great companion software for any tech support shop. It's great to have all that information on your users at your fingertips.
It's been almost a year and the developers aren't sure why it's not working.
USB storage management was very helpful and has saved us a lot of time overall as it's very easy to use.
Many features included in software were not applicable to us. Navigating through all the features to see what was applicable was confusing at first.
Moving to this system was great because now we can see at a glance what we have and how its all running and gives you the options to drill down and run reports.
It has some lag due to the Database response when have too much time unattended. Impossible to delete an registered PC client that don't belong to the organization anymore.
Support has been quick to help when I've needed. We originally kept all of assets in a spreadsheet.
A little difficult to deploy software packages.
I like the customization alerts on the product. It is not only easy to see the hardware that is on our network, but the software installed as well.
We love the product and it has made monitoring our network so much easier.

Using Fractal Scan and working with the team at Red Maple has been an absolute pleasure. Fractal Scan is a powerful but elegant tool that we use to protect ourselves as well as to help other clients.
The graph tab is confusing and difficult to use/interpret. It feels a little unnecessary and clunky.
Fantasstic relationship managers who are always happy to help and provide support. Software has helped with gap analysis and assesments of new and exisiting clients.
There is nothing of note at the moment that causes us to dislike the FractalScan Surface product.
Really impressed with the product and the after-sales service we have received.
Manual rescan is part of a higher subscription level, which could be annoying for some, but an overnight rescan is more than suitable for our organisation.
We've found the platform to be markedly superior to its market counterparts in terms of capability and efficiency.
Some of the language is tech heavy - it could be dumbed down just a little for the non expert user.
Ease of setup, ease of use, auto update, very little to do.
It's simplicity and ease of set up - you get extensive results just from entering one domain name.

So far the best usage has been for termination process which helped us leverage couple of IT folks and help them in utilization of various other roles.
The lack of a search in your workflows can be painful. If you have over 50 - 100 workflows, scrolling through each page (that are sorted alphabetically) can be a bit time consuming.
It love how it syncs so quickly with GSuite (typically changes happen within 10-15 seconds instead of 30 minutes with MS.) It does provide a few extra features as well over GS like delegation.
This company has charged my credit card twice - the 2nd time was after I disputed the charge with American Express. I am now disputing the charge for a second time.
I personally experienced it. It is really amazing software.
Hell, my cheaper subscription services have cancellation components built into their apps, why can't this one.
I enjoy Bettercloud's ease of use and low barrier to entry. You can started with a handful of useful workflows almost immediately, and without much training.
I have found working with this company to be extremely frustrating.
This software is great for having a central management point for many of your SaaS applications.
There is a lack of customization options. This limit us to setup our automations.
