What is Actaport?
ACTAPORT allows lawyers to access their data on the go. The software service stores data in the cloud and can be accessed from various mobile devices, such as a laptop or tablet. This gives lawyers the opportunity to work with their data while on the move, or even when with a client. The software also offers a number of functions that are useful in a lawyer’s everyday work.
ACTAPORT includes an integrated fee calculator, which is fully RVG-compliant, and only displays billing items that are relevant for any particular case. The user also has access to around 10,000 pages of specialist literature from Deutscher Anwaltsverlag. The software can record working times, which are immediately saved and accounted for. Working time is first recorded directly in an associated file before the data is then transferred to a timesheet, which gives an overview of activities and hours worked.
A widget manager is part of the program’s range of functions. The user can arrange various tools on the user interface in order to create an individual dashboard. A word processing program is integrated into the service for the creation of documents. The program has a versioning function, and a subscription to Microsoft 365 Business is part of the product offer.
