Faxes can be sent and received through the sipgate team's interface based fax template and faxes can be saved and stored for future reuse. With sipgate team's solution, users can also send SMS via web to the UK and abroad. Utilizing the voicemail feature, users can set up individual and group voicemails, listen to voicemails via the web interface and forward voicemails via email by exporting as .mp3 files. sipgate team offers a contact manager with private and shared contact lists and users can import their own contact lists from vCards or integrate with the CRM systems Zoho CRM, G Suite and SugarCRM.

sipgate team is compatible with almost all types of SIP VoIP hardware phones. Local phone numbers from all over the UK, phone number blocking and international phone numbers from 35 countries are available. Furthermore itemized receipts are automatically updated and available online or sent via email and downloadable through the sipgate team archive.
