Jarvis Legal is a web-based legal practice management software for small and medium-sized law firms. It helps thousands of lawyers in 35 countries managing their time-tracking, billing, clients, cases, documents, tasks, emails, calendars, accounting and reporting.
Thanks to automated time-tracking, lawyers can keep track of billable time spent on cases from anywhere at anytime event offline. Users can generate bills in just a few clicks, edit them live and share these with their clients via a client portal.
Thanks to a unique document automation feature, users can generate and edit live documents bases on their own templates. Thanks to a collaborative editing tool, users can draft documents in real time. Jarvis offers its own document management system which allows users to save and store any kind of documents. Case folders, subfolders or documents can be shared via a secure access link. Additionally, users can easily collaborate with co-counsels and clients on different cases to review or edit the documents. Jarvis offers a 2-way sync with Microsoft Outlook, Google Cal and QuickBooks online.
