Pros

The scheduler is extremely easy to use, and allowing you to build posts across platforms at the same time is a game-changer. I also LOVE the ability to save #hashtag groups.
AgoraPulse is easy to use and it has some great features like the ability to save hashtags (you wouldn't think this would be a good feature but it really is a time-saver).
It's been a great experience. Their support team is very responsive and I love that we can request features.

Pros

The ability to schedule posts to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter all at once is such a great time saver. The site is easy to understand and use and I highly recommend it.
Their platform is straightforward and very userfriendly. The company also has great customer service, feels honest and real, and hosts a great Podcast about social media.
They also have some interesting analytics tools that are helpful in determining a good time to post for your content.

Cons

My only complaint with the agorapulse software is the inability to change the options for scheduling across multiple platforms.
Inability to edit text and tags when writing a post for multiple channels so that the tags will be accurate for each channel. Unable to upload multiple photos for Instagram.
The only downfall that I can find is the inability to respond to DM's on Instagram. However, this is not because of Agorapulse, but rather the API of Instagram itself.

Cons

Terrible UI and terrible performance I have repeated contacted them and still the software stops working on Macbook pro having to reload 3 times in a hour.
Connection problems happen fairly often with LinkedIn - this may be more on the platform side than with Buffer itself, but it's frustrating nonetheless.
Their pricing structure is also confusing with different prices for publishing, analyzing and replying. It can make it difficult for potential clients to understand exactly what they're paying for.

Love it but...

I love it overall. It’s great software and the analytics tool is what sold me on it.

Pros

I love the analytics features. I love the ease of use. It’s very well designed.

Cons

You can’t upload pictures to the separate platforms like buffer. Very disappointing.

Agorapulse

Using Agorapulse for Community Management

I really do enjoy Agorapulse. We used to use Buffer before they took away their Reply function.. Agorapulse is a great choice and much cheaper.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of replying to guests, forwarding to my peers when escalated, viewing old conversations, and scheduling posts.

Cons

The Social Listening isn't the easiest to view. Sometimes the posts that are scheduled can be delayed.

We love Agorapulse!

We were using buffer before, and it was very disorganized. Agorapulse has exceeded my expectations with over 60 stores that we run social media for.

Pros

The thing I like most about Agorapulse is the bulk publish option. This saves me so much time because some of our clients like to have more than one post a day. Bulk publishing gets it done in just a few minutes!

Cons

The thing I like least about Agorapulse is how when you schedule something under queued, it still doesn't show up under the scheduled tab. I wish it would. I also dislike how I can not assign on bulk publishing or post on instagram and facebook at the same time using bulk publishing.

Agorapulse

A Breath of Fresh Air

Pros

There is so much I love about this software. From scheduling to cropping posts in the app to prepare for posting has been such a pleasure. I love the ability to edit copy for each platform and the ability to save my hashtag groupings. The analytics are also absolutely incredible!

Cons

There is not much I don't like, I came over from Buffer and this software has been excellent. The only cons I find are with the Instagram API which is out of your control.

Most robust with client approval process

We have loved the support team, taking advantage of Social Media Manager School with our annual plan, and the network of users we've met along the way. The tool has blown all our past tools (Loomly, Buffer, HeyOrca, Zoho) out of the water.

Pros

Our team has enjoyed using shared calendars with clients. The approval process has been easy for our team and clients. Reports are simple and beautiful, eliminating our need for additional weekly reporting tools.

Cons

We could really use a "pause all content" option or kill switch for a brand or account. Especially in 2020, this function would be helpful. The queue/category workaround is clunky. A client approval process for queues would also be beneficial. Without the ability to have clients approve that content, queues are useless to us, unfortunately.

Agorapulse

easy, user-friendly, basic functions

It will send update notification via email, so I don't need to keep an eye on the dashboard all day long.

Pros

The report is pretty detailed in showing which hashtag reaching more users and when users are most active &etc. I like the listening function, the update is on time and we can directly respond to those comments or post, greatly helps the engagement with social users.

Cons

Now it still restricts the function of scheduling video on Instagram, that's really weird. Because other apps like HootSuite, buffer, are able to help us to post the video via their platform. The report function is not available on Youtube and Google +.

Agorapulse

I can't say enough!

Pros

We are a Social Media agency with about 40 profiles that we manage. We have used Sprout Social (terrible) and Buffer (not bad but lacks everything we needed). Enter Agora Pulse. HOLY SMOKES. Everything we wanted (almost). And the customer support is over the top good. I asked a simple question about where to find a setting, and within minutes someone make a quick video (personal to us) to show us how to find it. Our onboarding process has been seamless. The set up inside Agora is very intuitive (unlike Sprout Social).

Cons

The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to see more than one account per calendar or Inbox. Right now everything is separate and you cannot combine.
