The customer service is exceptional! They are highly engaged and willing to help and improve their platform whenever we come up with ideas.
It's a relatively new company, and therefore a lot of features were not built yet when I asked about them. However they take on all critiques to improve the platform and everything is always possible!

Customer support and communication with the Madtrix team is really good.
We still don't have the full features we want. Also the UI can be improved as well.
