Support was kind & relatively reactive but did not address my question, so it took 4 back & forth over 3 days to get a solution.

As soon as your stats do not matched with the average, then your account is blocked, your contacts are blocked and without any recourse, they continue to charge you while the platform is blocked.

I also want to highlight their outstanding technical support — my account was once suspended due to bot abuse, but after implementing Turnstile to secure my forms, the team reviewed the case and reactivated my account very quickly.
