Pros

They were very responsive and did a great job helping me figure out the best way to use the software. The Event tool was nice and make event management through the list easy to do.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.

Pros

We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
The product has some really good features at a great price. We use chat functionality on our website and it is super easy to design campaigns on the platform.

Cons

Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.

Cons

Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.
We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.

Really unhelpful customer service, and a deceptive pricing scheme. SendInBlue markets itself as cost-effective for small businesses, and only charging for what you need, with easy access to upgrades. What we found was that when we tried to upgrade, they tried to charge us for a whole new package that was more expensive than we needed, for more capacity than we needed or could use. Some of the interface is fairly intuitive, comparable to Mailchimp and Constant Contact

Cons

Several features were less user-friendly. For instance, other software will allow you to cut and paste text with existing hyperlinks. In SendinBlue, you have to re-attach each hyperlink.

We send 2-3 email campaigns a month and Sendinblue is great for that and a good value.

Pros

We moved from Constant Contact and find Sendinblue a much better value with similar services.

Cons

The rich text editor is a little cranky. To make sure all of our recipients can see the text in the campaigns we send from the rich text editor, we produce the text in MS Word, but then copy and paste the text to Notepad to remove the MS Word formatting, then copy and paste the text to the Sendinblue rich text editor. If we don't do the intermediate step, some of our recipient's email clients can not handle the confusion in formatting. It took us much time and experimenting to figure this out.

Best Email Platform Yet

Overall experience with Sendinblue has been positive. The platform has gotten better over time in the last couple of years and that's something that makes me want to stick with them.

Pros

This product is easy to use and convenient. Love being able to add as many contact columns as we need to and customize the email with names, etc. Looks sleek and aesthetically better than a lot of the other platforms like constant contact.

Cons

There isn't much to not like so far. Any concerns or issues I had before was solved over time. One example: I wasn't able to use GIFs in the emails before and now I can. The only other downside is one that I know they had to follow was protecting open rates of recipients due to privacy crackdowns. Wish we could get better info on the success of our emails but we get it.

USE SendinBlue for your Next Mailing

I started using Sendinblue when trying to find a mailing solution for WordPress. I had tried Mail Chimp and Constant Contact before but found ease of use and pricing so much better with SendinBlue.

Pros

The software is very straight forward and easy to use. You dont have to jump around a bunch of screens to set up a mailing.

Cons

Have not found a con yet while using this software.

Pros

So, I have been using sendinblue for 4 months or so and I am toatlly blown away by the quality and features in their services. Not to mention, their best support and cooperative team.

Cons

To be honest, I havn't find any. One thing they can improve is their pricing with an option to increase price depedning on size of contacts like active campaign and constant contact do. Rest everything is perfect.

Email sending is quick and reliable.

Pros

Their free user plan allows users to send 300 emails in a day, and I guess the free plan is better when compared to constant contact that allows 100 emails per day. Also, one can send up to 1 million emails but that has something to do with their cost.

Cons

Currently, I don't see anything bad about the tool, just that users consider pricing and performance while picking email sending tools, and I believe Sendinblue is trying.

Some good items and more I need to learn

We used Constant Contact in the past. We wondered if going to a different platform would help our open rate. It has increased. We also wanted to incorporate SMS marketing which SIB has and it is more reasonable. I only pay for what I send instead of a monthly fee which is great.

Pros

I really like the landing pages. I was able to create one that drove end users to our product videos and even a place to purchase. Very cool!

Cons

I would like to create one campaign that includes and email and SMS. When I send SMS, it is to support and back up the email campaign. A joint campaign option would be very useful this way.

Customer Service is Everything!

Thanks to Sendinblue I'll be able to begin to grow my small retail fashion start-up to the other tiers of their service where they offer options like a chat service. Cool!

Pros

The best thing about this software was the price and the features that came along with that price. After trying the free version of Constant Contact I found it a waste of time because I could only send to 100 contacts per month! However with Sendinblue I am able to send up to 300 emails per day!! That was a game changer right there! I experienced near the same with MailChimp

Cons

As a complete novice I found terms and processes difficult to understand at times but hence my Headline above I was so luck to receive rally great Customer Service. It didn't matter how elementary my questions were or how many times I asked them, I always got the help I needed.

No more monkey business

We have the need to efficiently send out weekly newsletters and ad-hoc messages without the need to track detailed statistics. It was especially helpful that Sendinblue has excellent integration with the HTML email designer that we use. Creating lists for various audience groups was also an easy task. The pricing plans are far better for our needs than what most competitors are offering.

Cons

It was not immediately obvious how to connect Dynamic 365 CRM with Sendinblue and the "official" guide suggested an approach that involves a paid third party service, but we eventually found a free plugin which was endorsed by Microsoft and syncronises the contacts in the same way. The folder management for the contact lists was not clear, but after some tries we found how to do it properly.

No contact or accountability, no communication or help at all
