Support was kind & relatively reactive but did not address my question, so it took 4 back & forth over 3 days to get a solution.

As soon as your stats do not matched with the average, then your account is blocked, your contacts are blocked and without any recourse, they continue to charge you while the platform is blocked.

After authenticating our sending domain, validating the email lists with an external verification tool, and removing invalid addresses, the campaign was sent successfully.

The admin interface is clean and intuitive, and the drag-and-drop template editor makes it simple to design good-looking marketing campaigns without writing HTML by hand.

For example, the difference between imported contacts, eligible recipients, blacklisted contacts, unsubscribed contacts, and filtered contacts is not always immediately obvious. When a campaign shows fewer recipients than expected, it can be difficult to quickly understand why.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get our corporate IT group to enable domain authentication given that this was not a purchase made for our entire sales team but rather just one individual so I was ultimately unable to use the platform to send prospecting emails.
