The delivery of the website "chat bot" messages, the website "Contact Us" form or email via the website, and "text messages" that come from I dont know where - all coming in via the Broadly app.  

The fact that this software integrates with our scheduling software helps us out so much by making it easier to reach our customers after a service call to leave a review.

Allowing clients to contact us outside of business hours, sending photos, and asking for reviews are features we use 24/7/365.

I am fairly new with my company and we are beginning to learn all the ins and outs of the software now that we have a designated office staff to maintain the traffic we have on Broadly.

I do wish predictive text could be utilized in responding to guests because the majority of my responses are the same all the time.
