CleanPix is a web-based digital, brand, and media asset management solution which automatically processes files into multiple sizes and formats, enables users to organize assets into public and private galleries, and allows distribution of assets through public portals, access-controlled private galleries, and directly by email.

Files can be uploaded to CleanPix in bulk through a drag-and-drop interface, and added to existing galleries, or a new gallery created during upload. When files are uploaded, they are automatically processed into multiple formats, including press-ready CMYK, full-quality RGB, web, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and a variety of sizes. Vector-based logos in .eps formats can also be converted into transparent .png files. Users can define their own metadata sets to be applied to assets individually or in bulk, and add custom metadata fields to individual assets or asset groups.

CleanPix allows users to set access permission for galleries, with options for open access, managed access, or media request submissions requiring approval before assets are released. Custom terms of use and EULA (end user licence agreement) forms can also be set up and required for asset retrieval. Assets can also be delivered directly via email, without needing attachments or requiring recipients to sign up for accounts.
