DbVisualizer overview

What is DbVisualizer?

DbVisualizer is a database management software designed to help businesses track, optimize, and analyze the performance of multiple databases via a unified platform. It includes an AI assistant for SQL queries and built-in Git integration for managing scripts and collaboration.

DbVisualizer allows software developers, analysts, and database administrators (DBAs) to connect the system with various external databases including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, MySQL, SQLite, and more.

The application enables employees to search for database objects and their properties, identify primary or foreign keys, and transfer database schema across systems. It offers a variety of features including data import and export, custom workflows, security management, a drag-and-drop interface, productivity tracking, notifications, and more. DbVisualizer offers an SQL editor, which allows IT professionals to write, edit, and run queries and SQL scripts.

DbVisualizer supports integration with various third-party systems such as Amazon Redshift, Azure SQL Database, Derby, Exasol, Informix, MariaDB, Netezza, and more. It also lets managers tag objects and script files as favorites and interact with the system by typing in commands using a command-line interface.
