Eloquent Archives is a cloud-based digital asset management software designed to help businesses manage archiving, recovery, storage, and access to electronic and physical records via a unified portal. The platform enables organizations to store and organize various multimedia assets like images, emails, PDFs, maps and drawings, audio and video files, flipbooks, and more.
Eloquent Archives allows enterprises to create historical timelines with custom images and descriptions and link events with related records in the database. Researchers can submit registration requests with unique email, name, and password, view account status and access rights, and add comments and photograph tags to records for reference. Administrators can also generate site maps for Google and other search engine indexing, enabling users to view and access database items.
Eloquent Archives allows supervisors to export information in XML/EAD format and share them with other systems or external/internal stakeholders. Other features include EAD encoding, thesaurus building, archives descriptions, service invoices, and more.
