Primarily for email marketing, reachout to as many people as possible Understand on market dynamics, number of mail reads, links clicked - makes it easy to prepare a report to target and identify the prospects
Used few tools like Mailchimp, Outlook, Hubspot across firms Mailchimp UIUX looks good and easy to understand even for a layman Features like reporting on reads, link clicks are accurate, same with specific integrations
Not suitable to unorganized guys, need a bit education to understand on how to play with it Suitable to sales and email marketing people, not suitable for Deep analytics, affiliated marketing specialists

We briefly used it in our workplace as an emailing agent. It was chosen because the list management is great with Mailchimp. We have since switched to Office 365.
It's a great service offering a free plan. Integration with Google analytics is a plus. Also the interface is great with the monkey face.
Many things have to be done manually. Not easy to learn complicated applications like auto sending emails for a select group etc.

Compared to full-function CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics, Mail Chimp is focused on email marketing campaigns and communications. This makes the product less expensive yet useful for the many reasons we need to send mass communications to our constituents. It is easy to get up to speed in a short amount of time which makes a user productive almost immediately.
Since the feature set is focused on email communications, other applications are needed to complete and extend all of the sales and marketing functions necessary for these departments. Thus, while the product is useful, easy, and inexpensive, it is a supplement and not a replacement.

Real time updating, ability to sync with Mailchimp
Too vast and clunky for our small business. Try as we might, even after customisation and management through a Microsoft verified third party, we couldn’t get this system to be what we needed it to be. The recent Marketing function takes three times longer than MailChimp to build a simple HTML email and for that reason we decided to move away from it.

The most important benefits to me are the integration features and how it is scalable for large companies.
Integrates well with all Microsoft products as well as several other major platforms (i.e. MailChimp)
The interface is not always the most intuitive for new users. A better walkthrough or help feature would help.

User-friendly, valuable, and with integration to different applications needed for the business as well.
I can say this is so much helpful and important for sales team. Its integration to different yet popular applications such as MailChimp, etc. is so helpful for business, even better than I expected.
No cons, the fact that it can be installed to different devices and gadgets so this is valuable for me.

MS Dynamics is indispensable for our management training company. I'd like to give a shout out to XRM which does a spectacular job of supporting the product.
It sustains our business. We have a multi-stage sales process and we've set up the CRM to support each step. The workflow flows nicely and we've created dashboards which incentivize our sales team. There are add-ons available which enrich functionality; for example we add leads and contacts to marketing lists which sync with Mailchimp.
The user interface could be better. It reminds me of UIs circa 2001. There's a feeling that it's been developed for techies by techies. If Microsoft took the time to improve the interface for the end user (allow users to customize their own forms using drag and drop, for example) it would be an outstanding product. Another shortcoming is the amount of customization which requires writing code. Some things which should be straightforward to customize using workflows actually require a programmer.

Dynamics has helped me a lot to manage my business flows, reporting, and excel templates. It has also allow me to have faster reports and more accurate results so my productivity has improved.
The best thing about Dynamics is that you can customize the system so it works easily and faster for your own purposes, you can manage your entire business flows and with the new mobile client is way easier to manage all your clients. I also find the interface very easy to use and helpful, you get familiar with it very fast.
In my experience one of the things I like the least is the very little compatibility it has with some other platforms like MailChimp. Also some feautures are not in control of the user and it can be exhausting to try to control it or make changes that the software made on its own.

Compare to other customer relationship management software, Dynamic 365 has a lot to offer and for its price, it has a good value. However, it is meant more for experience user as the new user might need some time to make use of the software.
It has great third-party application integration like OneNote and MailChimp that making it easier for sharing vital information across platforms. Moreover, the artificial intelligence in the system is very intuitive as it allows us to focus on the right customers and quickly engage with them. Plus, its integrated systems is great that helps align our sales and marketing process that help produce a seamless experience for our customers.
Obviously, it is not for the new user. It is not as intuitive and new user might need some training before they can really use the software. This is backed with its user interface that might need to be more intuitive for users.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 can do with improved instinct for clients. For example, information passage is typically a repetitive encounter for amateur clients. Its UI configuration isn't improved enough for smooth route, particularly on the report pages
Microsoft elements 365 makes a phenomenal showing coordinating with significant outsider applications we at present use in the workplace, for example, a MailChimp and OneNote, in this way making it simpler to share indispensable bits of knowledge across applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 makes a phenomenal showing of adjusting our deals and advertising measures by assisting with delivering consistent encounters for our clients through shared application information and promoting computerizations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 makes it simpler for us to zero in on the correct sort of clients by connecting with them rapidly utilizing knowledge gave by Microsoft's man-made brainpower sponsored highlights.

This CRM might not be the prettiest CRM out there but it has great functionality. It's intuitive, powerful and allows access to your leads and contacts through views you can quickly create yourself that keep 1000s of records manageable. Task lists and appointments that show up on your Outlook calendar allow for a lengthy sales process with hundreds of prospects without dropping any balls.
Best features - integration with Outlook so emails you write to prospects appear on their walls. Integration with Mailchimp via PowerPack (cheap add-on) allows maintenance of mailing lists in one place. Flexibility - I'm not a programmer but I can create dashboards and views that give us insight into our opportunity pipeline, and customize screens so we can capture only the data that's important to us. Workflows which automate processes. I could go on... Our CRM is hosted with XRM and they provide OUTSTANDING support at no extra cost. The five star support rating is for them. Better than trying to get support through Microsoft directly.
As I mentioned, not the prettiest CRM. Occasional frustrations when trying to implement something new - but there's a big community of users who post solutions online. Microsoft KB articles aren't particularly useful in general.

The problem with a lot of reviews is that they only get the first impression of the software and they don't have the time to truly use the software on a daily basis with real data and customers. The company I work for has been using Microsoft Dynamics for around a year and it has been a complete nightmare since day one. As a result, I strongly recommend companies not use Microsoft Dynamics.
