Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“They added AI help which is one of those things you don't realize until you need a suggestion on rewording, updating, etc.”

Charles M.

“We can also answer customers' questions directly on the platform and get general analytics, without extra fees!!”

Charles M.

owner

“We schedule to multiple platforms all within PR and can hand this off to a new employee with very little training!”

Charles M.

Pros

“Instagram allows a user to be completely free in how they choose to use the app, such as username changes, editing existing posts and reels, and uploading content.”

Maria P.

Accessories Designer

“Features such as Reels, Stories, product tagging, and direct messaging make it easier to reach new customers and build relationships with existing ones.”

Gary A.

FOunder CEO

“I also appreciated the Explore page for surfacing content genuinely relevant to my interests, and the editing tools that made photos and videos look polished right in the app.”

Léo L.

Content Creator

Cons

“This makes it necessary to monitor the accounts manually and correct errors regularly. Although the platform is efficient, it lacks two essential standard features, which prevents it from receiving a five-star rating for functionality.”

Go W.

Owner

“Not being able to post to a group page any longer in facebook.”

Paula H.

Owner

“Automatic post on Instagram is still not available.”

Cons

“One of the biggest drawbacks of Instagram is that the algorithm can make it difficult for content to reach followers consistently, especially for business accounts.”

Andrea L.

Innovation Manager

“The pressure to curate a certain image, along with intrusive ads and the addictive, hard-to-put-down scrolling design, were also things I didn't love.”

Léo L.

Content Creator

“I dislike the algorithms that tend to overdue advertisements from gathering users personal information which result in a bombardment of ad repetition.”
