“This was one of the big factors when we looked at auction software. If we couldn't have the information captured feed into our CRM there was no point. That being said, the communications are only one way. When you setup the transfer of information into DP, you pick all the merge fields, and then send the information. There's not a back and forth between services that I've ever seen. ”
