I realized within two days of resubscribing that I did not have the time or technical background needed to use the tool effectively, and I contacted support immediately after recognizing this. While customer support was responsive, the refund process was extremely rigid. Despite the very short timeframe and the fact that I had not meaningfully used the product, my refund request was denied and the case was closed as final.

They do not provide customer support, I went 55 hours of continuous asking for follow ups to only be told to be more patient each time you can’t speak to a live person and the chat is very condescending.
