While customer support was responsive, the refund process was extremely rigid. Despite the very short timeframe and the fact that I had not meaningfully used the product, my refund request was denied and the case was closed as final.

They do not provide customer support, I went 55 hours of continuous asking for follow ups to only be told to be more patient each time you can’t speak to a live person and the chat is very condescending.

Also, due to the massive amount of data and advanced tools available, the user interface can sometimes feel overwhelming and has a steep learning curve for beginners.

The data it delivers is a good reflection of where the website stands and for any small business or any size of business is a great tool to have.

Although it has some features/functionalities with modular pricing depending on whether you want to activate them or not, there is a base price that includes many features that I practically don't use, and I would prefer a more modular initial price or a possible cheaper monthly fee.

Automatic trial conversion can lead to unexpected charges if you are not monitoring renewal dates closely.
