It's been kind of eye-opening to see what customers feel, experience, etc. I can't stress the ease of the program enough. All of the graphics team can just hop on and take over with no questions, no issues.
We mainly work in the Reviews tab, but I love the Reply Templates. It makes it so easy to just choose a reply and go on to the next one. Integration seemed flawless. Very easy to use and understand. The Dashboard is a great tool to see views, etc.
There isn't anything I've come across that I would change or that I've found to be difficult. The program is put together very well.

Easy to use. The concept is brilliant. The customer service and friendliness of the team behind the software is genuinely amazing.
I wish it worked with Windows 98 but maybe I should just adapt to technology.
