What is Sync2CRM?
Sync2CRM is a Facebook ad tool that automatically syncs Facebook lead ads and custom audiences with CRMs to create automated, scalable funnels. Features include instant lead ad migration, custom audience sync, custom field mapping, lead notifications, and more.
Sync2CRM takes new leads from Facebook lead ad accounts and immediately adds them to a CRM, eliminating the need to upload or download CSV files. Users can apply tags to incoming leads, and choose a list or group to automatically segment incoming leads, and trigger automation specific to that lead ad form or campaign.
Sync2CRM custom audience sync feature instantly syncs Active Campaign and MailChimp lists, and batch syncs any Infusionsoft tags and saved searches on an hourly basis. The platform passes every email and phone field from the CRM and matches them with Facebook custom audiences in order to get the highest possible match rate.
The advanced custom field mapping feature places data from any field on a Facebook lead ad into any desired field within the CRM platform, enabling users to qualify leads and create targeted campaigns based on lead inputs. Automated incoming lead email notifications can be sent to one or multiple email addresses. Lead lists are double checked on an hourly basis, automatically adding any possible missed leads to the CRM.
