Zoho Social vs SocialPilot Comparison

It covers the functionalities of some of the more expensive tools out there - Hootsuite, SocialPilot, Sprout Social, you name it. While they don't map everything down, it gets the work done quite effectively. One of the biggest perks of the tool, however, is in its Instagram Direct Publishing. Every tool I'd previously used mandated the download of an app via which I had to manually post on the channel. Scheduling is stupidly simple. Account Management is stupidly simple. The tool is stupidly simple to use, and powerfully effective. It's cheaper than almost all the other tools out there, and offers more than some of the more expensive ones.

1. It's cheaper by comparison, but could've been more price friendly for younger organizations. 2. Automated scheduling doesn't exist 3. Recommended time for maximum engagement is a feature I would love on any social media management tool, but doesn't effectively work on Zoho Social. 4. Twitter tagging from the app works, and it's great. But some of the other tools also allow for LinkedIn tagging, which doesn't happen on Zoho Social - as far as I can tell.

Social Pilot is very easy to use and provides a structured workflow of social media content. It allows for scheduling multiple posts at once on many different types of social media accounts, in particular, the availability of Google + and LinkedIn is useful.

Social Pilot does lacks some features like content discovery, social media streams, and tracking hashtags that are provided by Hootsuite. Otherwise, it is great for scheduling and posting content to many different social media channels.

Fully featured software that lets you do most things that you need to do when you manage Social Media accounts.

The interface is not that snappy and the menu names are not always intuitive but it gets the job done once you get your head around it.

Team collaboration for handling and scheduling the social media calendar and tracking its performance at the same place.

Need deeper analytics to further focus social media campaigns.

Very easy to use and easy to set up. Like the selection of social sites. Runs easy with little errors

You need to add more social linking accounts such as Blogger, Wordpress, Google + to name a few social networks but I know there are a lot more

Ability to post to personal profile for Linkedin users

Functionality lacking for other social media platforms, e.g. Instagram

This is a great option for just managing a couple of Social Media channels on the free version. Easy to use and functions well.

Limited social networks on the free version, but I understand.

I love this software for social media, We schedule and customized post on every social channels.Its very flexible for scheduling post.you can plan you post and scheduling even you can cancel anytime.In this software can plan weekly and monthly plan, Text and image easily upload, Reschedule post and easy to share evergreen content.

The software is very easy to navigate. I like that everything has a helpful video/tip on how to use it.

That it does not automatically post to instagram.

There was no ability to actually fully manage social media. It didn't do the things that I require for social media management. I need the ability to respond to followers within the platform.

Social Pilot saves me loads of time in posting to Social Media and when you are self employed time is money. I have used other Social Media tools including Tweetdeck and Buffer but Social Pilot is much more reliable and easy to use.

It would be useful if it could pick up twitter handles and hashtags like Buffer does but this is a minor con.

Social Pilot is great for social media consultants and marketing professionals who manage numerous social media accounts for their clients. It has some robust features, especially the curated content!

Having curated content is great, but I wish there were more specific categories that were monitored more by Social Pilot staff to create really useful, interesting posts.

SocialPilot was recommended by a trusted friend. I like the ease of use and the fact that for a very reasonable price, I can post to 10 accounts.

I wish there was a way to post to Instagram. Had difficulty with posting motivational sayings with the app

The ease of use by far. It's nice not to have to spend an hour learning how to use something after you've purchased it.

Cost. As I was not able to achieve the sales I was looking for by using Social Pilot, I couldn't justify the expense. Which was not the fault of Social Pilot at all.

- You can connect a lot of profiles from different social media accounts. - The analytics are really useful - quite inexpensive, compared with other similar tools

- no instagram posting - in a team, you cannot comment on a post already made, to make exchanges - I am having a lot of problems posting in facebook profiles.

I appreciated Social Pilot's reputation and its intention to make life easier. A lot of people trust Social Pilot.

The thing I like least about Social Pilot is ts price. While it does have good value, I wish it offered more accessible pricing tiers.

All of the features we desire at a price point that is below other software in the market.

We find nothing "con" to say about Social Pilot. We use it everyday on behalf of our clients, have done so for several months and we have not yet encountered a glitch.

Love using Social Pilot. We use this software to share news about the company. We can schedule posts ahead of time and they are shared automatically. I highly recommend you to sign up for it. Is worth what you pay for it.

Tumblr is one of the social media outlets it has trouble sharing our stuff for. We don't use this outlet as much, but it would be nice to still be able to use it with Social Pilot.

Good value. Simple and Essential Features. Customer service is Excellent!

User interface is not intuitive. Problem with posting videos on Facebook. There is no one year report for the account. No connection with Instagram. The icons of the FB accounts do not appear on the web app making it difficult to access the correct account for posting.
