Loved the fact that the SproutLoud team did a lot of the heavy lift in getting us started. Our rep is great and always very responsive.
They refused to make any changes to our campaigns even when they had the wrong phone number and website URL for our business.
Better communication with my clientele is the challenge that Sproutloud is assisting me with. In addition, I recently purchased business cards, and I am quite pleased with the quality and value.
HORRIBLE - Avoid them at all cost - USE SOMEONE ELSE.

We are very happy that we found this solution and highly recommend this system for mid-size+ companies.
They refuse to refund you wasted money. Ive been with them for 7 months and i have still not received my full setup.
This level of integration allowed us to save tremendous amount of time on fulfilling orders and getting them out on time. One thing I would like to note is the amazing support staff.
The features you're sold on don't exist and worse yet much of the software becomes broken as you use it.
They really go out of their way to Support us and wonderful to have everything in one place when listing on Various channels including our own website. CSR is especially helpful.
Shipping automations are nonexistant. I could go on for days with bad things.
Using Jazva saved our company huge amount of time and money on inventory maintenance and order fulfillment.
Shipping module is the worst!!! you can't even edit your shipping in bulk, can't remove orders from bulk list. Literally have to go into each order to update shipping or boxes or anything.
A recommended software for a logistics company that really needing inventory management. It is very easy to use and convenient.
Many times your issues were blamed on the sales channels when it was in fact a Jazva issue. Took support long times to assist.
The support staff was there every step of the way to assist us in the integration process and help us every way they could.
After many failed attempts the vendor admitted that there was no Woo Commerce integration.
While the migration was on-going Jazva completed their build out of the Woo Commerce integration and Shoreline does in fact have integration across all its sales channels.

With Sellberry, it was easy, quick, and they simply stated how and what to do to get the software up and running for your website. Very detailed and to the point, I loved it.
I've asked a few times for a refund but it just gets ignored unfortunately.
It was an amazing experience. Simple, to the point, detailed, & thorough.
The lack of ads channels integrations, e.g. Bing.
Sellbery is one of the best app available in the market, It is truly all in one inventory management what what buyers want.
Personally some error issue I have experienced in setting up the app are not found anywhere in Sellbery help documents. The mapping is very difficult to understand and set up.
Sellberry made it very easy for the company to shift hundreds of their products on Etsy within a few days. It increased our productivity and saved us a lot of time.
It was hard to set up and understand how to use it at first.
The low level support team are nice and friendly.
Not sure what happened to the shopify app but now my store is no longer connected.
Beautify front interface so that I can understand how channels are connected.
They are not flexible in allowing you to have multiple variation items on eBay. Their order system doesn't work with Signifyd.
Ease of use, effectiveness, extremely fast connection, cloud-based.

Thank you for your response regarding Solid Commerce's platform. We always are happy to hear feedback from our clients and work hard to ensure that they are satisfied.
Most frustrating is that their "Support" team consists of a few front line people who are unable to answer concerns. They pass them on to an expert for "further review.
The platform is as good as it gets when it comes to an all in one solution for managing inventory, orders and shipping. One of the best perks of using their platform is the account manager support.
Problem after problem and they can not fix any of them. It is costing us money now.
I have been with Solid Commerce for going on 6 years now. Their platforms performance and easy to use system makes Solid Commerce my first choice in web fulfillment.
If you start to get upset they just give you another sales representative and it starts all over. You stay in a perpetual loop of misery.
My account manager, Josh, has been excellent in teaching me how to use the platform as efficiently as possible and is always helpful when I come accross any issues or have any questions.
Sales: misinformed and misleading. Implementation: ignorant, and did it wrong.
However, once I was up and running Solid Commerce really helped my business. My account rep was great and his personal attention helped me list all my products on 3 marketplaces very quickly.
Due to this we lost few $ in product because SolidCommerce's system was not acknowledging orders on Walmart - we shipped the orders, but the information was never sent by SolidCommerce to Walmart.
The best part was the Integration for the inventory. The mutiple listings and the shipping are so easy, i dont even know why i did not try this before.
I have over 20,000 products i need to control and ship. The number of hours to sort and ship each order was killing me and my staff.
I've been a client with both Kiyozu and then Channel Advisor and the overall capabilities, price and service that comes with Solid Commerce is unmatched.
Yet we both sell on MULTIPLE sites- which means managing all of our products, prices, and sales can be really difficult and overwhelming (especially when we have 100+ items listed at a time).
Ability to record a lot of products. Ability to record on multiple pages.
New Marketplace setups can be tricky. Kitted products can become a challenge if more than 2 kits are required.
Web-based and good integrations with ecomm platforms.
I am able to still reach support fairly quickly without a problem. Their support team works quickly to resolve all issues that I have.

It's really good price for this solution, however even if its cheaper than the competitors, the most important thing is that it work well.
Sales pitch misleading in regards to implementation. Don't expect to be up and running for months and months.
There are not many other companies that provide this service as of yet. Product is a great idea and will save tons of time if all the kinks in the software are straightened out.
Channel reservation data is lost in the translation.
Inntopia has many issues and when there aren't any, the combination LMPM-BookingPal-Inntopia is good to have.
It took really long time to be onboard and it was apparently an error from Bc.
The connections between channel partners are very effective and can sync in no time.
Lack of regular invoicing, you need to give them repeated reminders.
The connections to the OTA sites has been stable 99% of the time. If an issue comes up, it gets resolved quickly by their Support staff.
Stay away, use an alternative or directly integrate into the channels you wish to use.
