Their integration with our membership database had made our operations seamless, and even improved our best practices when it comes to email sending.
Segment rules are strangely worded. Have had a few problems getting conflicting answers from customer support on setting up segments.
The tool is pretty good for allowing users of all levels of tech know-how to create content and send out campaigns. Customer support is excellent and always available via online chat.
Not only is the software notoriously unresponsive and buggy, but the company's [SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is rude and unprofessional.
Excellent support - I can always get help via live chat, email, or through our account team. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable.
We have thousands of lists and campaigns, which makes searching very difficult and the system very slow to load.
Triggering workflows using API is really easy. Has a great workflow builder.
It's hard to add a single contact to a list manually.
The Maropost team has been great with ongoing education and management of new features.
Maropost does not easily connect to our CMS, so we have to segment the morning of the emails. Also the visual editor is very basic, and doesn't allow for modules or additional blocks of content.
Easy to create content and campaigns, and straightforward scheduling and A/B tests. Visual editing is easy but not complex or advanced.
The software is user friendly and simplified compared to other products.
For a while we were using one of the competitors, and I wish we switched sooner because it literally changed the way we market our product.

They have great support and CS managers that will help you very fast and until you'll be satisfied with a solution.
Lack of option to create control groups for campaigns.
I have been a fan since starting to use Solitics. Initially I had a few teething problems but once we resolved a few load issues and other ad-hoc bits I have been very impressed.
Messy, unclear, very unclear reports, needs alot of improvment.
It's great to work with their team who you can tell are all very passionate about the product they sell.
Because we use it for few brands it is not so convenient to use once we export the report, the report is very unfriendly and there is not so much how to control the fields there.
The support team are all excellent and it's always a pleasure dealing with them.
Solitics have lots of 3rd party integration, great costumer success team. They do some customizations to the platform, They have out of the box solutions.
Very positive, huge value for money, great people - from the support agent, through the data and developers and up until the C level and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

Great performance of data-driven in real-time. Easy to customize events for triggers in different journeys.
The system is very intuitive, easy to use and very simple to explain and teach new users about it. Easy to set up journey's & promotion , the Dashboard also clear to view.
