@EASE is a donor and fundraising management solution which allows nonprofit organizations to manage campaigns, relationships, donations, volunteers, and more.

Details of contacts, volunteers, donors, funders, and advocates are recorded in the @EASE database, with extensive donor and advocate group profiles. Users can view donors’ first and last donation dates at-a-glance, and access full giving histories. Individual donations can be recorded for different appeals or campaigns, with multiple payment methods including Gift in Kind, and the ability to process credit cards transactions with the iATS Pay Now button. Breakout codes and funds enable the directing of gifts to multiple designations. Acquisition numbers also allow for the identification of walkers, runners, and third party hosts, so they can be credited in annual participation totals.

@EASE’s pledge management tools enable the processing of credit and debit card payments for radiothons and telethons, and support both fixed-length and ongoing pledges. Major gifts or grants to be paid over multiple installments can also be tracked. Individual and yearly receipts and eReceipts can be generated for donors, and copied as necessary. Campaigns enable the management of special events, volunteer assignments, donation and expense recording, and more. The volunteer management tools in @EASE allow users to manage volunteer accreditations, and record volunteer hours using three different methods, through campaign events, volunteer schedules, or activity hours.
