For grants management, the system is inclusive as your entire team uses the platform and sees each new action or transaction in the workflow.

With the larger builds I was asked to take on, I had working model themes to start with and learned through support tickets how to tweak the model themes to exactly what I wanted.

The Admin panel is a bit sensitive to manipulate and we would prefer something more user friendly (click and point).

For admin users, the Admin Panel is much less clean and simple an experience than the grantee, reviewer, or even employee views.

The customization of platform is a highlight and the willingness of the team to provide a product that best fit our needs.

However, the best part is that we have been building RFPs for special projects.

The team doesn’t just fix issues, they partner with you to improve and optimize your processes when there’s a better, more efficient path forward.

My own learning curve made me hesitant about asking for help with minor updates and fixes.  

It feels like the system has been cobbled together over time, with things living in a variety of places and not always following the same logic.

I came in with some coding experience and needed to learn a new card-based platform.  

Much of the work in the admin panel is intuitive after some training.

I understand nonprofit work and philanthropy from both sides of the table.
