Very limited abilities with small parcel service, and a lot of additional steps are required.  

However, as soon as I started getting more comfortable, I realized that the software is super easy to use and if you were to make mistakes, there are multiple solutions do fix them.

I'm overall very satisfied with 3PL and I'd recommend it to other fulfillment houses without hesitation.

Order functionality is awful, continually have orders not pulled through properly.
