Cloud based, does the accounting side quite well. Easy for end users to use. Does have it's in wiki which is useful when searching for help on certain topics.

As an admin, limiting pages for users and restricting access is a pain. Need to go through each tab and change the access rights. Should have a click all button to change rights. Email automation is really lacking. Need it to work with exchange or office 365. Any customizations you will need to be really trained in order to build it.

there is just not much i can say about dislike, due to any issues that i have with the system, the system was able to complete all the process without customization.

I like the cloud based applications for ERP

The reviews from other co-workers were not favorable, when tasked with data mining current erp system which was an Epicor product (and UNIX based).

Solid product in the cloud. There are ERP and CRM functionalities. Easy implementation and flexible deployment via a cloud approach.

Sometimes difficult to use like many Microsoft products. It is not suitable for all industries.

This is a system that combines ERP and CRM in the cloud. It provides maximum flexibility and expandability.

Really, I don`t find nothing bad. This system is stable and easy to work

Module cost can be expensive depending how deep you go. It could go from 50-200 depending on the module.

Some features you have to contact the partner and buy separately. Configuring those is hard and usually leads to unknown issues. But still worth overcoming if you plan to be on this ERP for a while

I cant account for much defects in the software except that it a bit complex to use
